Garden Turkey & Rice Salad Recipe







Ingredients:

2 cup Cooked brown rice
1 cup Cooked turkey breast, cut
-into bite size pieces
1 cup Celery, coarsely chopped
1 cup Carrots, sliced
3/4 cup Toasted wheat germ
1/3 cup Green onions, sliced
3 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
-(optional)
-l/2 tsp. black pepper
-l/2 cup fat free Italian
-salad dressing
1/4 cup Lemon juice


Instructions:

Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian
dressing and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
