Fried Turkey Breast Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Breast of young turkey Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) 1 cup Flour
Instructions:
Slice turkey cross-grain in 1/4 inch thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour. Deep fry in hot fat until lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6.
