Easy Turkey Pot Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package (6 oz) stove top stuffing 1 mix for turkey or chicken 1 1/2 cup hot water 1/4 cup (1/2 stick), butter or 1 margarine, cut into pieces 2 cup cubed cooked turkey 1 jar (12 oz.) chicken gravy 1 package (10 oz.) frozen mixed 1 vegetables, thawed, drained 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves .
Instructions:
MIX contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, hot water and butter in large bowl until butter is melted. Stir in stuffing crumbs just to moisten. Let stand 5 minutes. POUR gravy into 2-quart casserole or 12x8 inch baking dish. Stir in turkey or chicken, vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing over turkey mixture.
BAKE at 350F for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
