Don's Turkey Mystery* Recipe




Ingredients:

2 cup Turkey pieces
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp White pepper, ground
3/4 cup Onion, chopped
1 each Garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cup Stewed tomatos, sliced
1/4 cup Celery, sliced
1/4 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Pineapple chunks
1 cup Vermicelli, cooked
3 tbsp Corn oil or peanut oil


Instructions:

Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add onions & celery and
saute'intil onions start to turn trans- luscent. Add turkey, raisins,
tomatos, soy sauce & vermicelli. Stir well and cover. Cook for 5
minutes then add the raisins. Cook covered for 5 more minutes and
serve.
