Denver Bacon Burrito Recipe




Ingredients:

2 Slices Louis Rich Turkey
-Bacon
2 Flour tortillas (7")
1/4 Red or green bell pepper,
-chopped
1 tbsp Chopped onion
1/2 cup Cholesterol-free egg product
2 tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions:

Heat turkey bacon in a small nonstick skillet on medium heat 5
minutes or until lightly browned. Place 1 bacon slice on each
tortilla.

Add bell pepper and onion to hot skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes.
Add egg substitute to bell pepper mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2
minutes or until set.

Divide egg mixture between tortillas, sprinkle with cheese. Season to
taste with salt and pepper if desired. Fold tortillas over filling.
