Deep Fried Creole Turkey Recipe




Ingredients:

9 lb turkey
2 cup Cajun Injector Marinade, any flavor
1/4 cup cajun seasoning
4 gal vegetable oil


Instructions:

Preheat the oil to 350 degrees. Inject marinade into the bird about 2
inches from each injection point. Rub the cajun seasoning on all surface
areas of the bird. Place bird into the deep fry basket and place into the
oil. Fry for three and a half minutes per pound. Remove basket from
fryer. Let cool prior to slicing.
