Crustless Potato Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten 3 cup frozen hash-brown potatoes from 26, oz pkg, thawed 4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheddar 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 green onion, chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp seasoned pepper 1 dash hot pepper sauce 1 dash paprika 6 slice turkey bacon, crisp&crumbled
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350F. Crease a 9 inch pie pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except paprika and bacon. Mix well. Pour into greased pan, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with bacon, bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
