Creole Marinated Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
9 lb turkey 2 cup Cajun Injector Marinade, any flavor 1/4 cup cajun seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place bird in a baking dish. Inject marinade into the bird about 2 inches from each injection point. Rub the cajun seasoning on all surface areas of the bird. Cover dish with foil and place in oven. Bake for 3 hours or untul juices run clear.
