Creamy Turkey Pot Recipe







Ingredients:


INGREDIENTS

4 cup Diced potatoes
1 medium Onion
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup Chopped cooked Turkey
1 1/2 cup Chicken or turkey broth
2 tsp Parsley flakes
2 tsp Salt
1 Tall can (12 fl ounces) pet
Evaporated milk


Instructions:

In large saucepan, cook potatoes and onion in hot oil just until
potatoes begin to brown. Add turkey, parsley, salt and
broth. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer about 20
minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in evaported milk. Heat
soup until steaming, but DO NOT BOIL.
