Breakfast Pizza- Low Fat Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz Reduced-fat turkey sausage 1 Italian (16-ounce) bread Shell 1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat Shredded cheddar Cheese 1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup Egg substitute 1/4 cup Skim milk 1/4 tsp Dried oregano 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell; sprinkle with cheeses. Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
