Better Built Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb ground turkey breast 1/2 cup finely-chopped onion 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 6 whole-grain buns === TOPPING === 3/4 cup toppings of choice, onion, tomato o cucumber slices, sprouts and/or let 2 tsp honey mustard or barbecue sauce
Instructions:
Combine ground turkey breast, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. Divide turkey mixture into 6 equal portions. Place burger into non-stick pan. Cover and "fry" burger over moderate heat until golden brown and cooked through and white inside. Toast buns. Put burger on bun -- add toppings of choice. This recipe yields 6 servings.
