Beef Taco Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, (I used turkey) 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 cup salsa, (used mild since I have k 1/2 cup skim milk 6 flour or 8 corn tortillas torn into 1 cup shredded cheddar, (used nonfat melted fine)
Instructions:
I just made this tonight from a Better Homes and Gardens ad and it was delicious. Seems to be easily freezeable since it doesn't use any strange ingredients. 1. In skillet cook beef--pour off fat. 2. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and HALF the cheese. Spoon into 2 qt. shallow baking dish. COVER. 3. Bake at 400 for 30 min. until hot. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Says serves 4 but easily 6 if you make other side dishes.
