Beef Taco Bake (6 Pts) Recipe




Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey
1 can tomato soup
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup skim milk
6 flour tortillas, cut in 1" pieces
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese


Instructions:

In skillet, over medium high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to
separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soup, salsa, milk and tortillas and half
the cheese. Spoon into 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400º for
30
mins or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
