Basic Turkey Burger Plus Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Turkey, ground 1/2 cup Bread crumbs, seasoned 1/3 cup Onions, finely chopped 1 Egg, beaten 1 tsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 4 Buns, burger, toasted
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except burger buns. Shape meat mixture into four patties, 1/2-inch thick. Broil or grill burgers about 6 inches from heat, for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
