Barbara's Chili (4 Points) Recipe







Ingredients:

olive oil spray
2 1/2 cup onion
2 cup salsa
3 cup tomato sauce
19 oz kidney beans, canned
15 oz ground turkey, cooked
1/8 tsp pepper


Instructions:

Saute onions in oil for 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for
30 minutes.

3/4 c. = 1/2 Fat, 2 P/M, 3/4 V
